LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a with 5+ years of experience in the IT space to play a key role in managing projects and IT professionals.
**This is an on-site, direct hire opportunity in the Jacksonville, FL office**
Up to 15% local travel as needed
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and executing critical IT projects, including the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems
Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, ensuring efficient team operation and high performance through effective management practices
Plan, execute, and oversee the implementation of IT projects, ensuring they meet all milestones and deadlines within budget
Act as the primary liaison between IT and other departments, ensuring that IT projects align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency
Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of IT systems performance
Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends relevant to our core business operations and IT infrastructure
Ensure the security of the IT systems and manage compliance with IT regulations and standards
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in IT, including direct supervision of a small team
Proven experience in managing IT projects, specifically with ERP systems and POS systems
Strong understanding of project management principles and software lifecycle management
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience in developing and managing budgets
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
